    My dogs pick this food as the winner. It's gone in minutes... dry Canadian Naturals used to last them until 3pm to eat the same amount of food. This is an absolute treasure for them, thank you for this great dog food.

    My dog used to love it. Recently after your change she hardly ate. Then started coughing alot and had diarrhea and blood in her stool. After going to her vet I changed her food to Stella and Chewys. She loves it and no longer has problems.

    Quality poor, no customer service

    Quality has significantly decreased in the last 6 months , noted by me and the 6 other users that I recommended this Primal Freeze Dried Raw Pronto to. Customer service never answers calls and all 7 of us are looking to switch brands. It seems like a completely different formula

    Color was dark brown now is pale yellow

    Was soft now hard as a rock, line every other kibble

    Was my pets favorite now not as palatable

    Was easily water absorbable now not at all

    It would be professional to contact me about my concerns!

    Major quality decline

    We have fed our chihuahua this food for years and it's so good for him. However, the quality and density of the cubes has fluctuated over time, with the new packaging and lack of freshness packets leaving us with rock hard cubes that you can't even break with your hands. I'm not confident that the recipe or quality is even the same. Would love some answers.

    Please bring back the duck!!

    Bring back the duck! This is a review only of the duck nuggets, raw and freeze dried. They were the perfect food for pup, and now you

    are no longer making it. So we've had to move to other foods and it's just not as good. Please bring it back.!
