    Quality control issues and inconsistencies

Im writing my review here since Primal will not get back to me. My dog loves Sardine and Turkey when the batch is the original and consistent product. I received 3 bad batches (I mean my dog will not eat it, it's a bright turmeric color, has a strong scent unlike the original beige mild scented batch). Then I switched to Chewy who sent a few great batches until the last two AGAIN- the inconsistent bright turmeric strong scented lot that my dog will not touch. What is going on? Where is the quality control? If you look at the 1 stars on Amazon and Chewy.com and on this website many people have complained about the exact same issue - this turmeric bright color where the dog won't touch it. Can someone please get in touch with management and quality control? How are my emails and I'm sure others not getting responses and how is management not addressing this issue? Who wants to keep returning bad batches? Please address and fix the problem.

    Please tell me nothing's changed

Been feeding my dog this food for over a year, but recently he's not been very interested in and has loose poops - I'm concerned that something has changed with the food, it even looks a different color… I absolutely hate this because it's so hard to trust dog food companies these days… The last bag of Beef we opened was hard as a rock, I could barely break it to crumble (he became uninterested) and now the Turkey sardine looks golden in color…( my dog is hesitant to eat this too - He USED to be EXCITED to eat his food! - Now not so much) Why???!!!
