    Zero customer service

    My dog love the food, but this company has zero customer service. Impossible to reach them by phone it's only a voicemail and I left a message and they never call me back. Wrote a email and never heard back from them. I wanted to canceled an order I was in the that was place the same day and according to their cancellation policy you have to reach out to them and they will cancel. Well surprise they never called back and now I am stuck with too much food. That's enough for me to never buy from them anymore.

    Too much waste.

    I have a picky yorkie/lhaso mix. Decided to try this food. She seems to like it, when she decides to eat. I checked the reviews to see if there were any complaints similar to mine. My complaint is the amount of "fines" as you like to call it. I see that there was a complaint 2 years ago and packaging hasn't changed for this product. Way too much waste for the cost.

    Saved my dog

    I bought the small dog formula from chewy for my Shih Tzu Jack. He's been a picky dog his entire life and always had allergies to standard dog foods. I had a sensitivity test done on his saliva, and synthetic vitamins, beef and quite another other things cause him to have issues.

    He transitioned to this food from his old food within a week with no side effects from the transition at all. He's happier to eat his entire bowl of food and is excited for mealtimes for the first time in his life. He's almost 6 years old and has pep in his step now every day, loving toys again and his symptoms of allergies have completely disappeared. His feet and body no longer stink at all and his teeth appear to be cleaner. His eyes are bright and no longer weeping. His cost is the softest it's ever been and really starting to shine. Please keep making this food. It's the only food my dog is happy to eat, and makes him feel good and look fabulous. It literally is a life saving food.

    Good food!!!

    I gave my poodles the sample chicken puppy from the novi pet expo and they loved it. Let's see if it improves their show coat. Do you have breeders programs.? I would love to offer samples.

    Puking dog = toxic

    Bought this thinking it was a good option but raw is never a good option. Period. My dog was puking up foamy mucus and saliva constantly. Had to worm him and found out that raw freeze dried does not only introduce worms but toxins as well, especially when you don't handle it properly. My dog got very sick but removed this dog food and he's much better. Back to his old self
