    Hard as rock nuggets!

    After a break of being off primal rabbit for a little bit, I decided to put my cats back on it. My cat loved the rabbit formulation but the nuggets are extremely rock hard now. I can't break them with my hands at all. This is such a huge disappointment and I see other reviews saying the same thing. Please fix this or you lose a customer and I'm sure many others!!

    Need a hammer!

    I'm very disappointed! My cat has loved this product. It is (has been) the favorite brand I buy. Unfortunately the formulation has changed and my cat isn't interested now. Sadly I'll be looking for a replacement. BUT if you do choose this be sure to have a hammer and solid work surface handy because you're going to need it! The nuggets are so hard now they are impossible to 'crumble' by hand. Not happy.

    New Formulation is AWFUL - Cats NOT Pleased

    I have been feeding my cats Primal Freeze Dried Nuggets, Rabbit, for 5 years - and they LOVED it. The NEW formulation is AWFUL....and so is the packaging. Primal reduced the amount of protein from 92% to 88%. They hav increased the "produce and supplements" from 8% to 12%. The old formula had large, beige, SOFT NUGGETS. The new formula has smaller, dark orange/brown, and extremely HARD NUGGETS. My cats were not pleased with the flavor nor the texture of the new formula. I am not pleased with the decline in quality.

    Cats love it!

    Primal sent us this product to try a few weeks ago and it's been a hit with all 6 of my cats! They go absolutely crazy whenever they hear me open the bag. I love how convenient it is to store and how easy it is to serve!

    Healthy, happy cats!

    My two cats have never looked better and LOVE this food. I just add hot water and chop it up and make sure it's cool enough. One cat had really bad feline acne from chicken allergy. Tried antibiotics and salves from vet. Changing to this food cleared it up. They are healthy and happy and loved this food immediately.
