Retail Portal
Welcome to Primal's Retail Login page. The materials contained in the retail portal
are for current Primal retailers only. To become a Primal retailer, email us
with your name, store name, address, and phone number and we'll have a Primal representative contact you as soon as possible.
If you are a current Primal retailer and have your store location and store email address in our
store locator, you are all set to enter Primal's Retail Portal.
To enter for the first time, click "forgot password" and then enter your email address on the following
screen to have your temporary password sent to you. Please remember to change your password once you log in.
If your retail location is currently in our store locator and you do not have your email address on file
with us, send it to us here. Be sure to include your store information in
the email so we can match your email address to your store record. We'll update your record and send you your password.
Keep in mind that you won't be able to enjoy all the benefits of the retail portal without an email address, as
that will be your login name.
Once you've logged in, you'll be able to edit your store information and products you carry. You'll also have
access to a wide array of downloadable materials such as product photos, marketing materials, freezer ISO forms,
product sell sheets and more! It's all here.
