Consumer Confidence and Product Integrity Statement
Primal Pet Foods takes great pride and honor in the manufacturing processes of all products
produced and packaged by our company. Our commitment to our customers and their beloved pets is
to provide the highest quality raw pet foods and treats using only human-grade ingredients of
superior quality and origin. We have secured strong, long-term relationships with all of our
vendors and have great trust and confidence in the raising, growing, handling, processing and
packaging procedures of each and every one of our suppliers.
All products produced and packed by Primal Pet Foods are USDA human grade. Our products
do not contain grain, including wheat gluten, rice gluten or rice protein-concentrate. In addition,
Primal Pet Foods does not import any ingredients from China.
The proteins used in Primal Pet Foods products are procured from USDA farms and ranches located
within the United States. All poultry procured for our chicken products is purchased from within
the state of California. We do procure a portion of our lamb and all of our venison from USDA
approved farms and ranches in the country of New Zealand. All animals raised for the use of
protein in our foods are fed naturally on grass and/or a human-grade, vegetarian diet.
The vendors that supply our proteins do not import any of their animal feed from countries
outside of the United States.
