I've had success getting Primal at Pet Food Express. They have a "Buy 3, Get One Free" promo... so if you have the freezer room, it's a great deal. We have no problem purchasing Primal in our primary area, in Northern California. However, we have a cabin in the Sierras about 70 miles from Fresno, CA and it's impossible to obtain Primal in and around the Fresno area. When will Primal be available online? Which seems to me the best way for us loyal customers to purchase when retail isn't available. I am crazy about Primal for dogs! I made some money saving discoveries recently...(I live right outside Atlanta, Ga.) I was buying the cube formulas at a local small pet supply place and was committed to continuing despite the cost. But one day they were out and I went on your locator and found there were quite a few places not far away that sold a greater variety. I went to Pet Supermarket and not only did they have a huge variety but also the different sizes and formulas. They are much cheaper, I suppose because they are larger and buy in greater quantities. I have small dogs and realized I could buy the patties and serve a half of one per day to each dog divided into 2 meals. (one quarter 2x day).

I think I was over-feeding before with the cubes. I loved the convenience of them but I have saved so much money switching to the patties and dividing them. I have converted the owners and some customers there to using your products! I am always singing your praises to my dog meetup people and I even hand out your literature :-) I should work for you guys, lol!!!! I think I have single-handedly increased your sales in Metro Atlanta areas :)

At our Howl-O-Weenie festival last weekend I won a years free premium kibble (to remain nameless haha) which I am donating to a pet food bank, that's how committed I am to using Primal for dogs!!!! I was speaking to a large group of people quietly WHY I would not be using my winnings hoping the rep would not hear me and think me ungrateful... someone in need will be blessed with the free food just not my dogs!

Hi Jan, I'm sorry you've had difficulty finding our products. Based on your location, it seems the best online store to order from would be Only Natural Pet Store. This online store will ship raw foods to your area.

Unfortunately, we don't have any physical stores that carry our product that far south in Texas. And I've looked to see if there are any stores close to you selling our competitors products and I've come up empty. It seems as if any brands of raw foods for pets are hard to find in your area.
